CEPI, in partnership with Finnish Forest Industries Federation (FFIF), is pleased to invite you to an open policy discussion on the revamped EU Forest Strategy and Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) regulation, both published in the context of the EU Fit for 55 legislative package.

This package is meant to bring the EU’s climate and energy policy framework in line with the increased overall climate target of at least -55% net emission cuts by 2030.
This event will also be an opportunity to exchange on the potential of the bioeconomy for climate change mitigation and the sustainable forestry practices in the European Union.

The event will take place on 28 September 2021 from 14.00 to 16.00 CEST at the Sofitel Hotel Brussels and will be live-streamed online.
