After several years of fruitful collaboration, Metsä Group officially joined FTP as Full Member in January.

Metsä Group is a Finnish forest industry group that operates in international markets. Their operations cover the entire value chain for wood. They focus their research on Sustainable Forest Management, supply chain, tissue and greaseproof papers, paperboard, pulp, engineered wood products, sawmill products and new wood -and fibre-based products. Moreover, they are one of the leading producers and users of renewable energy in Finland.
