The European forest-based sector launches its Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SIRA) 2030
While European forests continue to grow at an exponential rate, pressure grows on European policymakers to take the lead to prevent climate change. Large industry sectors, recognizing this challenge, are scrambling to set out their roadmaps for 2050.
The European forest-based sector, for its part, has revised its Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda – SIRA 2030 – as the roadmap towards its Vision 2040, and will present this document at the conference.
