FTP is pleased to introduce Ms. Noor de Laat, who joined our team at the beginning of October as Communications and Project Officer. She replaces Thais Mattos who left FTP and Brussels in September, to pursue a new career in Germany.

Noor graduated from Wageningen University in the Netherlands with a master’s degree in Forest and Nature Conservation. She has gained experience in scientific research in Ghana, China and various European countries. Prior to joining FTP, Noor worked as a coordinator in private forestry in Belgium, bringing with her over four years of practical experience in the field, project planning and organization, in PR and organizing events. 

Noor will assist FTP in its role to communicate the opportunities, efforts, milestones and impact of research and innovation within the European forest-based sector. FTP warmly welcomes Noor to our team!
